What are personal data?
Personal data is all data that can be traced back to you as an individual, such as your name, telephone number, address or e-mail address and IP address. And other data that is unique to you, such as your order history or surfing behavior.
Which personal data does Phinederland.shop process ?
Information for processing your order
If you order something, we need certain information from you to be able to deliver your order and to keep you informed about your order. This information is also required for any returns .
For this we collect, among other things:-Name-Email address-Delivery address-Payment details-Phone number
These details are necessary to execute the agreement that you have concluded with us. By law we are required to keep the data related to your order for seven (7) years.
Information in your account
We store the following information in your personal account: – Name – Address (delivery and residential/business address)
– Chamber of Commerce number (business if provided) – Telephone and/or fax number – BIC, SWIFT and/or IBAN – numbers – Dates of birth – Gender – Nationality – Social Security number (if provided) – Direct debit authorization data – E-mail address In your account we also store your order history including selected delivery options. We also keep notes about any customer contact and correspondence.
Who is your data shared with?
We use the services of myparcel (for PostNL) to carry out the delivery. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and home delivery address with myparcel .
Other external service providers: We also engage other external service providers to assist with various activities. Sometimes they also need personal data. We only share the data that is necessary for the assignment that the external service provider carries out. We do not sell your data to these service providers or other external parties. We conclude processing agreements with all external service providers in which we agree what they may do with the data. An example of work that our external service providers perform for us include: – Web store software: our web store has been developed with SAAS software from Lightspeed .
– Web hosting: we purchase web hosting and e-mail services from google
– E-mail and mailing lists: We send our e-mail newsletters with MailChimp
– Payment processors: for processing payments in our webshop we use various platforms such as Mollie , Afterpay , Sisow and Paypal .
In summary, we use external parties for, among other things:- Supporting the delivery of our digital services such as hosting, maintenance and support of our website and application.- Supporting our customer service- Supporting our advertising and marketing campaigns.- Supporting customer research and obtaining ratings and reviews Providing financial services, such as payment services and accounting
There are other circumstances in which we are required by law to disclose personal information to third parties such as government agencies and judicial authorities.
We keep your data for as long as you are a client of ours and this is legally permissible. This means that we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. On the basis of applicable administrative obligations, we must keep invoices with your (personal) data, so we will keep this data for as long as the applicable term runs.
